Cost
Exetel's SMS service has no contract periods or minimum costs and you only pay for the SMS' you send. Put simply, your monthly bill = No. SMS' sent X price per SMS. You can also choose to Pre-Pay and buy SMS credits from us in advance.

SMS Gateway
Exetel's SMS Gateway allows your business to send and receive SMS through your application, system or website so that you have total control over how you use the service. Exetel's Application Programming Interface (API) allows many of our current clients to integrate SMS into their business software or website. By signing up to Exetel's SMS Via ADSL service, we will provide you with a secure Members Facilities, allowing you to fully manage your account, and;
- Create further API accounts for sub-users
- Get delivery reports and manage your usage.
- Monitor your billing and purchase further services.
Exetel's Web to SMS Portal
Exetel's secure SMS web portal is used from your web browser. After logging on through our homepage you can use a whole range of functions including:
- Single and Bulk SMS sending to any phone in Australia.
- Scheduling messages and upload SMS templates.
- Uploading your contact databases into our comprehensive online address book.
- View delivery reports, monitor your usage and manager your account.
- Send Email to SMS
- Send WAP-pushes.
Email To SMS
With Exetel's Email to SMS you can send text messages directly from you email to any phone in Australia.
Return SMS
We provide a return SMS function through use of Virtual Mobile Numbers which cost an additional fee of $20.00 a month. You do not pay for the SMS that you receive.
Dedicated Virtual Mobile Numbers
We provide dedicated numbers for $20.00 a month per number (within Australia). The monthly charge for owning a Virtual Mobile Number (New Zealand) is $50.00 (inc GST) per month or part thereof.
