Exetel offers Fixed Broadband and Telephony Services from ALL of the major wholesale carriers in Australia maximising your choice and ensuring you always have a coverage option. Exetel offers Broadband (ADSL1 and ADSL2+) and Telephony services via the traditional Copper networks as well as Broadband and Telephony via the new Fibre Networks provided by the NBNCo, Opticomm and Others.
Exetel Premium Broadband services are provided using various wholesale carrier's backhaul services from your local exchange to our closest capital city Point Of Interconnect. While we can't provide any guarantees of service performance via the wholesale provider's backhaul networks to our points of presence we can guarantee that your service will suffer no contention issues once it reaches the parts of the network we can control.
On the real time graph below you will see that there is no contention on the Exetel network (represented by a flat line at the top of the graph) that receives and sends your data from your residence to and from your selected destinations. You might think that every ISP provides this level of connectivity provisioning - and you may be right. However only Exetel ensures that you can be certain of that by providing you with the same access to our network control reports as our own engineers do and we always have done since we started in business in January 2004.
