- Using the service in a location such as; inside a stone or concrete building, in a tunnel or basement, an environment which is electrically shielded for example a lift or behind a large mountain etc.
- The number of users connected to base stations can result in congestion.
- Base stations which use backhaul links with limited bandwidth which can become congested.
- Base stations are not precisely the same in build and technology. Some support faster speeds such as HSPA, whilst others are limited such as 2.5G.
- The device the service is connected to , such as computer, tablet or laptop, your downloads may be reduced because of the hardware capabilities, software configuration, operating system and software applications on your computer.
Exetel Residential 4G Mobile Broadband Services
Exetel 4G/LTE Mobile Broadband plans are powered by the rapidly expanding 4G/LTE Optus Mobile Network. In areas where the 4G/LTE network is currently not present, the service will fall back to the 3G network to ensure continued service. To be compatible with the Optus Mobile Broadband 4G/LTE Network, modems are required to have support for both the 4G 1800MHz spectrum, and the 3G 900MHz and 2100MHz spectrums. All Exetel Residential 4G/LTE plans are provided to you with an Included modem, Free SIM and Free Shipping.
